Spain 2014 Part 1

Salam..

I've got so much free time at the moment that I always look up for something to do but unfortunately there aren't much things I'm attracted to. Lazy much? Probably.. So while the spirit of blogging is still at a good state let's get everything in mind written here since that is the exact purpose I'm creating my own blog so that when one day I'm back for good I could look back through the posts I've been written all this while. Believe it or not, another one year left for me then I'm finished. Oh how time really flies...

Back to the main topic, our Spain vacation was actually 5 months back during the winter break. We went there for 5 days. That period is inadequate if you wanna discover every places but since we couldn't stay any longer, we only managed to visit Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Madrid. All of these places are close to one another.

We traveled by easyjet, the cheapest airway we could get which was GBP110 for return ticket. Our first stop was in Malaga. There are not many attractions in Malaga except for its beach and the harbour. There's also one halal restaurant near to the beach where we had our lunch before taking a 3 hours journey to Granada by bus. I can't remember how much we paid for the fee but it wasn't too pricey.

Wajib bergambar kat sini kalau datang Malaga

The scenery was priceless. Masya Allah.. and the weather was fine as well that we could actually wear a one layered cloth.

We then reached Granada at night and headed straight to the Barbieri Hostel *bukan biri-biri ye that the guys had early booked. It cost us GBP11 per night. Not only it's cheap, but the service was great too. I still remember the thoughtful staff who allowed us to perform our prayer in the living area even after we have already checked out :)

Dining room
Out of all places in Spain, I like Granada the most because of the architecture itself. Though I'm not in an architecture field and never will be, I know how to appreciate things when they have their own uniqueness. Gitu.. Keep scrolling and you'll agree with me. Hehe

We just walked from one place to another. Our main destination was Al Hambra but there were also several buildings along the way that you can stop to take pictures.

Granada Cathedral
We took a walk outside before entering the Generalife. You will need a lot of energy and make sure to have a good breakfast or bring some food along with you because the tour will consume almost half of the day and it's hardly to find a halal restaurant around there.

Below are the pictures inside the Alhambra. I tried to cut down the amount of them but this place itself is too big and there were a lot of amazing parts inside. So enjoy!

Bila masuk part garden ni rasa macam dalam cerita faity tale.

While you walked around the place, you will find several shops selling souvenirs at a reasonable price. Overall it was a great place to visit. If I were to be given another chance to visit Spain, I would like to be here again. Tehee.. Our tour ended in the evening and again we took a bus afterward to our next destination.

To be continued..
