Salam..
Do I really have something that should be considered as my passion? Well I don't have the answer for that. If let say I suddenly fall in love into baking, I will never just stick to that particular hobby. They are never lasting because I easily get bored of doing the same things all over again. Sometimes I love baking, sometimes I enjoy blogging and there are also some other times that I just love lying on the bed. Heheh..
Sekarang ni mood suka baking. There are pros and cons doing the baking things in Malaysia if compared in the UK. Kalau kat UK kos untuk buat bahan-bahan jauh lagi murah tapi kemudahan dari segi peralatan lagi senang di Malaysia sebabnya dekat rumah kitorang kat UK takde oven yang boleh control die punya temperature. Satu lagi kat Malaysia senang nak cari bahan-bahan buat kek yang halal. Kalau kat UK jenuh lah jugak nak kena check ingredients bagai.

Luckily I have my younger brother whose passion is baking! Hehe.. So I just let him do the measuring and mixing parts while I gave out the order. Haha.. And he really listened to me well. This was a success.
My second project was red velvet cheesecake brownie. Dengar nama pun dah amazed kan. It started out well until I left it alone to do the facial with my brother. Disebabkan terlalu asyik menyapu masker ke muka masing-masing, maka daku terlupa akan cake di dalam oven itu. And the verdict was my cheesecake brownie turned into a successful failure. Not a failure of the taste, but from it's presentation. You can't tell there's actually a marble layer at the top in which I initially felt proud of how great my swirling skill was.

Nevermind.. I'll give it another try and ensure to keep my eyes at the oven all the time. The recipe is from Laura Vitale. Everyone should try this out since it's simple yet marvellous. Fortunately my family members love desserts that every time I made one, it will finish off just in a day or two. That's how it goes right. When you see others enjoying what you prepared for them, the spirit keeps going on.
My mind is now figuring out what should be the next recipe on the list :D
